International Yoga Day Celebration at NUCSER – 21st June 2025We are delighted to share that on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2025, our Academic Director, Ms. Chethana Badekar, was invited as the Chief Guest by Nitte University Centre for Science Education and Research (NUCSER), Deralakatte, Mangalore.The program was presided over by Prof. Dr. Anirban Chakraborty, Director, NUCSER. The event was conducted in collaboration with the NSS Unit of NUCSER and brought together a large gathering of enthusiastic participants including faculty, students, and staff members.Ms. Chethana Badekar addressed the audience on the importance of integrating yoga into academic life and daily living. 🌅 International Yoga Day 2025 at Taj Vivanta, Mangalore 🧘‍♀️🇮🇳"Yoga for One Earth, One Health"We at YOGACHETHANA™ College of Yoga and Research were privileged to be a part of a special International Day of Yoga celebration held at the prestigious Taj Vivanta, Mangalore, exclusively organised for 40+ Hon’ble Members of Parliament and senior officials from the Ministry of Petroleum.The session began at 6:00 AM, led with grace and insight by our Academic Director, Ms. Chetana Badekar. From 6:15 to 7:00 AM, she delivered a profound philosophical and spiritual reflection on the deeper dimensions of yoga and its relevance to today's world.This was followed by a guided practice of the Common Yoga Protocol from 7:00 to 8:00 AM, in alignment with the official Yogasangama structure for International Yoga Day.With around 70 dignitaries and participants, the session was filled with serenity, focus, and commitment to holistic well-being.
